Rental Policies
Rates: 
All rates are subject to a 11.42% Hawaii State Tax.
7 night minimum without incurring a cleaning fee.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Reservations / Deposit:
A deposit is required within 7 days of your booking request.  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required on all accommodations.

Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will mail you a written confirmation of your booking request.

Cancellations / Refunds:
Deposits are refundable based on a 60 day minimum notice, less a processing fee.

Payment:
We accept Visa / MC, travelers checks or a cashiers check made out to Koolau Vacation Services.
