Reservations / Deposit:
A deposit is required within 7 days of your booking request. Final
payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit is required on all accommodations.
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will mail you a written confirmation of
your booking request.
Cancellations / Refunds:
Deposits are refundable based on a 60 day minimum notice, less a processing fee.
Payment:
We accept Visa / MC, travelers checks or a cashiers check made out to
Koolau Vacation Services.
