Waikoloa Vacation Rentals recently added some great information for anyone interested in Kolea rentals at Waikoloa Beach Resort.  For a long period of time there was construction going on on the oceanfront lots.  This gave Kolea a bad name because if you were in a vacation rental overlooking this construction it was not too pleasant.  Just recently Waikoloa Vacation Rentals added a new map to thier site which shows the project with the finished construction and which lots are still vacant that owners could potentially build on in the future.
